Doors

We have a variety of Full View, Sliding Glass and French Doors to suit your home improvement needs and with our optional Continuous Gear Hinge, also known as our Piano Hinge System, your doors will always be secure and easy to open. The innovative interlocking gear design reduces friction and because the hinge extends the full length of the door, it eliminates typical problems such as door bind and sag. Security and energy savings are improved as well.

Walls

California Sunrooms offers the highest grade of walls available today. Our extruded polysterne insulation is extremely resistant to moisture absorbtion, and keeps your room cool during summer and warm during the winter. Our U.L. approved electrical raceways give you the flexibility to place fixtures, outlets and switches throughout the room.

Windows

Our pattented nylon rollers make opening and closing windows extremely easy as well as preventing scratches from forming on the aluminum framing.	Two Sweep-Latches per window provide extra security and a snug weather-tight seal. The height position of each latch is adjustable for easy window opening.	All sliding windows are 60" tall allowing for more light and a greater view.

Admiral Ti Glass System

Here at California Sunrooms, we use a patent-pending Double Silver Titanium Low-E glass called the Admiral Ti Glass System as the standard glass in each of our sunrooms. This revolutionary glass technology is by far the most advanced glass in the industry. Featuring a lovely, neutral appearance, the Admiral Ti Glass System will combine solar control and energy efficiency in a beautiful, non-reflective glass structure. The Admiral Ti Glass System also minimizes the transfer of heat between interior and exterior spaces. A feature which results not only in a comfortable interior room temperature on a year round basis, but may lower utility bills as well. The Admiral Ti Glass System also controls UV light transmission and blocks out nearly 90% of the damaging UV rays sent from the sun, which will not only protect you and your family, but will protect your furniture, rugs and artwork from fading. Another property of the Admiral Ti Glass System is its strength. The glass system is made with tempered safety glass, a characteristic that makes Admiral's sunrooms nearly five times stronger and safer than any other glass on the market. In recent tests, our glass has even deflected a 35mph fast ball, ensuring that the Admiral Ti Glass System is superior in strength, safety and security when compared to other glass structures. The Admiral Ti Glass System has also received AAMA Gold Label Certification. This certification is the mark of "integrity and assurance of quality" for windows and doors. In order to receive this honor, the Admiral Ti Glass System had to meet the following 6 criterias: • Air Leakage - No more than AAMA's prescribed level of air infiltration can leak past the window. • Water Infiltration - At AAMA specified pressures, no water leakage is allowed. • Forced Entry - Structure must maintain a prescribed level of resistance to force (unwanted or criminal entry). • Component Performance - All windows have parameters regulating the force required for their operation. This ensures that the windows within your structure will be easy to operate. • Structural Integrity - This test is completed to ensure that the sash members will not pull away from the glass. • Structural Resistance - Windows must be able to withstand AAMA specified wind loads.

Drainage System

A majority of the Sunroom manufacturers tend to gloss over the room drainage system when developing a Sunroom. They place the weeping hole right by the top of the window sill. With the water dripping continously down the side of the wall, stains and corrossion begin to form after a short period of time.	California Sunrooms has gone a major step above the competitors with our Internal Drainage System. This system is designed to help drain water properly through the internal drain, preventing any stains from forming on the base panel, making your room look as new as the day it was installed.	The weep holes are strategically placed on the outter bottom of the Sunroom, making sure all the water drips down at the ground level.
