Piano Door Hinge

With our optional continuous gear hinge, doors are always both secure and easy to open. The innovative interlocking gear design reduces friction and because the hinge extends the full length of the door, it eliminates typical problems such as door bind and sag. Security and energy savings are improved as well.

Walls

U.L. approved electrical raceways give you the flexibility to place fixtures, outlets and switches throughout the room.

California Sunrooms offers the highest grade of walls available today. Our extruded polysterne insulation is extremely resistant to moisture absorbtion, and keeps your room cool during summer and warm during the winter.

Windows

Our pattented nylon rollers make opening and closing windows, extremely easy, as well as prevent scratches from forming on the alluminum framing.

Two sweep latches per window provide extra security and a snug weather-tight seal. The height position of each latch is adjustable for easy window opening.

All sliding windows are 60" tall allowing for more light and a greater view.

glass Our Azurekool glass blocks 86% of the damaging UV rays that are sent from the sun. The great feature of AzureKool is it's ability to react to the outside temperature. We understand the neccessity of enjoying your Sunroom all year-round. Therefore our glass knows when to allow the Sun's heat in, or when to reject it.

AAMA

AAMA, the American Architectural Manufacturers Association, recongised for over 30 years of setting peformance standards and providing third-party certification on window and glass products. The AAMA certification verifies that products conform to ANSI/AAMA/NWWDA, which are recently introducted elevated criteria - through independent labratory testing and on-site inspection of the manufacturer's production line.

Admiral Sunrooms subjected our windows to the extensive six-step testing required by the AAMA to assure our customers that our windows are proven the best in the Sunroom Industry.

Drainage System.

A majority of the Sunroom manufacturers tend to gloss over the room drainage system when developing a Sunroom. They place the weeping hole right by the top of the window sill. With the water dripping continiously down the side of the wall, stains and corrossion begin to form after a short period of time.

California Sunrooms has gone a major step above the competitors with our internal drainage system.

This system is designed to help drain water properly through the internal drain, preventing any stains from forming on the base panel, making your room look as new as the day it was installed.

The weep holes are strategically placed on the outter bottom of the Sunroom, making sure all the water drips down at the ground level.

Roof

Our roof system is thermally broken, and coated fully with the "Krystal" finish. This is the hardest coat on the market today, making our roofs completely scrach resistant.

gutter

Our gutters are made from extruded alluminum, not roll-form like our competition. We also offer an optional leaf-guard.
